Use of the Site

You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about real estate services, browse information, and contact me. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to disrupt or interfere with the Site, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

No Agency Relationship

Viewing the Site or submitting an inquiry does not create a real estate brokerage, agency, or client relationship between you and me. A working relationship is established only through a separate signed agreement. Until then, no duties of representation are owed.
